データを１秒単位で取得したい

お世話になります。

圧力計からデータを取得するviなのですが、１秒単位で取得するにはどうすればいいでしょうか？

例：11：08：01から11：08：03になってしまい、11：08：02は表示されない

ご教示お願いいたいます。
