I am using a USB-to-Serial Converter to communicate with a controller using Modbus Protocol. I am using Modbus Library that is distrubed on Ni's forrum for communication. I can communicate with the controller (using Modbus Protocol) through .net ActiveX control that i had made. but when I try to communicate using Labview, I get following error
Error -1073807298 occurred at VISA Write in MB Serial Transmit.vi:2->MB Serial Master Query.vi:1->Modbus Master Trial.vi
Also in Possible reason's area it gives following error
VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF003E) Could not perform operation because of I/O error.
I have check all the VISA settings. Also, as I can communicate with .net Active X control, the Cable , converter etc are fine.
Any help is appreciated

Hello Nileshv,
Could this (http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/60DDFED7EFEFE7188625705700750821) be causing your error?
