1427 triggered acquisition problems

Hello everyone

Im using 1427 to acquire images.

Of course i need to synchronize this 1427 acquisition with another action(scanning).

But there is a problem.

The trigger signal is very stable, its a 5V, 1000Hz, square wave and the scanning is also triggered by this signal.

However, the acquisition of 1427 did not  synchronize with the scanning.

I want to know why, thanks
