Hi zhou It is mems mic but need firmware support to allow me to send command to let it record. The firmware is developed by customer.

But do you know how the FW transfer the MEMS Mic data to be a wav file ?

We can use GPIO ports, to convert the PCM signal to wav file, add the headers, etc.
