HI there once again,

Here i am sending .vi file also, My fit algoritham is not working properly, May be i have problem with initial guess or x and y input of Levenberg Marquardt. For initial guess i have design a signal which will give me amplitude, location, phase and offset.

Can you provides us with more information about what your problem is with your vi? Can you also post the file that this vi is looking for when running the vi?

I was able to load the signal and got some results but I am still not clear where your problem is, can you specify what do you think you have problems with?
