2416 Eurotherm Controller communication

I just downloaded the Eurotherm ET24xx driver from NI driver page.

When I run the sample VI's the Vi's are missing loads of sub VI's eg "read from register floating point.vi"

Can anyone help me with this? is the driver missing sub vi's or is there something I should do??

That sounds like a VI that would be part of the Modbus library.

The driver is not missing any vis. Unzip the files and read the et24xx Readme.html

You need to extract the files and install them as per instructions in the et24xx Readme.html file Section 3.

There are two libraries ( et24xx.llb and _et24xx.llb). The first contains the main vis and the other the Low level vis.

If you are asked for sub vis point to _et24xx.llb, but if you follow the installation instructions we will have no problems.
