2D Cartesian Coordinate.VI does not work anymore after upgrading to 8.6.1

I upgraded from LabVIEW 8.5.1 to 8.6.1.  I had a program that used the 2D Cartesian Coordinate Rotation.VI but now that VI is broken.  It looks like it cannot find a .dll associated with that.  Any suggestions?  A patch that I need?

The dll is lvanlys.dll in the directory Program Files\LabVIEW 8.6\resource.  See if the file is there.  Did you have any installation problems?  Try repairing or reinstalling LV.

The 2D coordinate rotation VI requires LabVIEW full. Is it possible you only upgraded to LabVIEW 8.6.1 base?

Can you find it in the palette? (mathematics...geometry). If it is there, try to replace the VI with the one in the palette. Still broken?
