First. It is not considered polite to post VIs containing infinte loops. Change your false constant in the loop to a boolean control. "Using the Abort button to stop a VI is like using a tree to stop a car, it works but may have unintended consequences."
Your question is not clear. Are you talking about changing the size of the image (the box with X and circles) or the size of the picture control?
"Enhancing" can mean many different things with regard to images. Please be as specific as possible in describing what changes you want to make.
Your image does not have a well defined bottom right corner.
Are you refering to the Zoom Factor property node of the control of some other "zoom function"?
Can you show an example of what you want the image to look like before and after?
