3D contour from a 2D image

I have a program that can make a 3D reconstruction of vertical lines as shown in "3D" that I succeed with 360 images, but what I need is to form a concentric hemisphere with 180 images, , but my code only detects the vertical lines, any idea how I can do it? or I can change in my code?. Figure "cross-section" is what I want to plot in 3D.
