3D state machine?

I know what a state machine is, but what is a 3d state machine?  I heard it mentioned in the context of dequeuing string state with scan string for token.  That's all the info that I have, and I am curoius.  Does anyone know what this mean?

So there was no audio that I could hear but after watching the video it looks to me like it is just a 3D modeling tool for standard state machines. Kind of cool actually.
