3d picture control

It seems like new answers to old threads just disappear far down the list??, so i post a new question.

3D picture control. Where is the dedicated forum/thread/post that was here before the forum change?

well, I am personally very interested in the 3D toolkit, so I looked for something like a "dedicated thread." Indeed there used to be something like that, because the link appears in many messages. The link no longer works, though, and now forwards you back to the discussion forums page. This page lists all the dedicated "boards" that exist. There are no dedicated boards/sub-forums for special topics of labview. On the upside, I found it easy to fins all messages concerning the topic by typing the search string "3d picture control" in the search box on the left top of the page.
Personally I think it would be nice to have some kind of dedicated "sub-boards," but it may simply not work, because we - the users - do not follow the rules of the game. Your question, for example, may have belonged more in the feedback on ni discussion forums board.

Yes, I'm very interested in this feature as well and wondered where the thread went....

Unfortunately the dedicated topic for the 3D Picture Control tools was lost in the transition. The old forums had the concept of a "topic", which was different from a typical question or other thread, and they were not migrated.

One of most useful parts of that thread was a link to the download page for the tools, which I will post here.
