4 wire RTD measurement

Any module can do 4 wire RTD measurement with thermal resistor around 10k to 20k ohm, total 20 channels, thanks.

With such high channel count for RTD, you should use SCXI form factor.  See link below.

Can it take 20k ohm input, thanks.

Below is the manual for the module that you need.  The maximum resistive load is 100kohm, os it will be able to take 10kohm.

May I know if the scxci module can accept 4 wire input module such as NTC thermistor (10K@25DegC).

Did you read the manual which was linked in an earlier post?  Look at page 4-2 of that manual.  If you do not understand how the equipment works, perhaps you would be better off hiring a consultant to put together your system and to advise you on how it works and its limitations.
