Did you have problems posting the zip-file?
Based on this information I see at least one thing that's not officially supported:
LabVIEW 2009 doesn't officially support Windows 7.
Since LabVIEW 2009SP1 Windows 7 is officially supported.
I have found one other occurance in our database of a customer that was also using LabVIEW 2009.
Do you have the possibility to upgrade to a newer LabVIEW version (that officially supports Windows 7) on your pc?
