5002 Error-control Motor Stepper

I tried to creat a Labview program to controll 4 motor steppers at the same time, but I always meet the 5002 error although i run 1 or 4 at one. I tried to fix but it's hard for me. I have uploaded LIFA with 9600 baud rate at the low version (i have tried with 115200 before), have checked the port, have done any thing possible but nothing happen. 5002 is still 5002. I don't need sleep, i need an answer. Pls help me.
Hope you have a good day

Your VI is in 2024 and many of us here on the forum are on earlier versions.  I personally am on 2021, I recommend saving it at 2019 to ensure that the most people possible can look at it.

Also, all LabVIEW error codes from 5000 to 10000 are reserved for individual programmers to create.  If you get "error 5002" that means someone wrote a custom error message and called it number 5002, and that will be different from error 5002 that everyone else uses.

So you need to give all the information in the error besides just the number "5002", since it's essentially meaningless.  If there is no other information (which sometimes there isn't... it's all written custom for your code, so it depends entirely on how helpful that developer was), then you need to do a Control-F or other search to find the exact place where the 5002 code is created, then trace that back to the condition that creates it, then either troubleshoot that or post those details here instead.
