LabVIEW meets 508 compliance. It only fails in a couple of categories:
Impossible to wire VIs with a keyboard so some mouse handling is required.
In regards to honoring system font settings/ colors/ etc that the user set up they tried to honor this as much as possible.
There used to be an external document on this but sometime in the past they took it down I think...
