I am experiencing the exact same problem.

 

When hooking up both analog outputs to an oscilloscope, I see that AO0 will respond to the set-points that I give it, but AO1 will stay at 1V no matter what.

 

Choosing "Reset Device" in MAX will put AO0 back to the default value of 0V, but AO1 stays at 1V.

I may power down the computer, and then the USB device loses power and both outputs go to 0, but when powering back up, AO1 pops back up to 1V.

 

I think I may have broken this output on the USB-6008.
