A car radio?

ok so at the beginning of the VI all 8 of the wav files play all at once....that is a good thing...BUT what i want to happen if for them to have a volume of 0 at the start and when the dial hits the number the volume changes for a specified wav file so that its audioable.    preferably i would like it to use the:

SO start, volume config write etc VIs ...and if sending the files...7.1 pls ^^ ty

I really have no idea what you are talking about, so it would probaly help if you could attach some code.
