ARE VOLTAGE READINGS FROM A CIRCUIT WITH 28v POWER SUPPLY SOURCE CONSIDERED UNCONDITIONED ANALOG INPUT SIGNALS? DOES THIS MEAN I WILL BE USING THE AI MULT PT TO BE ABLE TO READ 4 VOLTAGES FROM 4 DIFFERENT CIRCUITS?

I HAVE A PCI-6025E BOARD WITH SC-2050 AND SC2051 CONNECTORS AND WILL BE USING ER-8 SPDT RELAY SWITCHES TO VARY MY VOLTAGE READINGS FROM DIFFERENT POINTS OF THE CIRCUIT. I AM TRYING TO TAKE READINGS AND COMPARE THEM TO THE EXACT VALUES FOR A TEST BENCH. WHAT DO I USE TO COMPARE EACH OF THESE VOLTAGES?

It depends on your application. I'm assuming that you're using the relays to switch the wiring for the voltage you want to read into one analog channel (multiplexing)? If this is the case, no, you do not want to use the AI Mult point. You'll set your switch, use the AI Single Point scan, and redo that for every point in the circuit.

If you have wired into several analog input channels, then you can perform an AI Mult point scan, but unless you actually have the voltages you want (the wiring to the circuit is connected to the channel) on ALL channels at the time of the scan, then you're not interested in all the scans, and you could have performed an AI Single Point.
