AVI-file with labview

Hi everyone!

I am currently working with labview 6i and IMAQ vision.
My program grabbs pictures from a Grabbercard and saves them as jpg-
files. Because i placed this function in a loop, i am basicaly grabbing
sequences of single pictures.
My question now is, is it possible with labview to create an avi-movie
from this sequence of single pictures after i saved them or even
better, can i somehow save them right away as an avi-movie that is
appended everytime my program grabbs a new picture?

Thank you for your help!

actually, if you have saved all the jpeg files, you can use other softwares
to change them into avi or sort of files. That is not hard,

why not check www.download.com? I am sure something there can work for you.

good luck

Thank you for your answer.
Yes, i kow that, but the program i design right now will be used by others
who are mostly not very computer-literate, so i'm trying to make it as
user-friendly as possible.
So i first wanted to check out the possibility of implementing this step
directly into my program in labview.

Take care,

you can't do it at this time - not with IMAQ anyway
