About NI USB-6000

Hey LabVIEW Community,

I have a question regarding Ni USN-6000

My function is to measure the voltages of Four cell stack as well as Four single cells. I would like to measure the voltages while cycling the batteries. There I have a small portable PC for that I have deployed an installer so that it doesn't require a LabVIEW programme.

The problem I am facing here, When I connect NI USB 6000 analogue inputs connected to the battery and when I connect the potentiostat connections to the battery then the potentiostat got brokedown. I have no clue why that happens?

Anyone knows about it, please do let me know?

Thanks

Ground loops and/or different ground potentials for the different components????

Without a detailed schematic of how you connected everything up, that's the best we can do for you here.

According to the data sheet that device has single ended analog inputs.

That means all of the inputs share a common ground!

You need to use a device that has differential analog inputs.
