***Access Violation Error ***

We have the same error occurring (0xC0000005 at EIP = 0x30345365) and have no idea what is causing it.  We get a crash every couple months.

Are you using any USB to serial adapters from FTDI in your setup?

We also have producer consumer loops and also log data to a text file.  

The same code has worked with 7.1 and XP on many computers for years without a single memory access violation error.

 

Have you learned anything new about this error?

Looks like this is probably the issue I have been having.  Thanks to NI support for figuring it out!
