I am having difficulties using a cRIO controller remotely. I followed the instuctions https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000001DdxbSAC&l=de-DE to open the necessary ports. I am able to connect to the device , add it to projets , deploy VIs make measurements etc but in the real time devices list the modules are not listed. (over usb everything is ok).
Is there something more that is not mentioned in the instructions i posted? When i try to add the device in NI MAX using the ip (public) it fails too....
I don't get an actual error message. It just does not find the modules. In the attached image i have the same controller connected over usb (crio2) and network (crio)
Crio2 has all the connected modules. Crio on the other side does not find any.(ignore the two you can see in the image i added them manually)
At the end of the day in the tasks i need i can add manually the channels and the VI works. But it is impossible to use tools like DAQ Assistant
