Accumulating Histogram

I require help with a VI i am developing where I have a data logger measuring temperatures and voltages and then saving the data. I wish to create a histogram with the data I have already measured and also keep adding to this every time I record my data.

Is this a simple task? Can anyone suggest a sample VI or a method?
