Accuracy issue while using PCI-5102 with 1/10x probe

I am planning to use NI PCI-5102 , 15Mhz, 20 MS/s, 8 bit digitizer
The device under test is a sensor which generates pulses which needs to be measured , The following parameters are measured

1. Frequency of the pulse in range of 0 to 300 Hz with a resolution of 0.1 Hz
2. Rise time 30 us, Fall time 10us
3 High level and low level of the pulse which will be in the order of  Vcc- 0.1V

Since input range of PCI -5102 is 100mV to  10V  pp , I am planning to use a attenuator 1/10x probe
because my Vcc is in the order of 16V DC

Now the question is will there be any inaccuracies in the measurement because of the use of attenuator 1/10x probe.?

If you don't care about measuring the DC offset, you could use the AC coupling mode of the 5102 and a much smaller input range that would give you more resolution. With the attenuator giving you a .01V pulse, triggering might be a problem as well. If the offset is something you need, could you have the 10x probe on one channel and the AC coupled channel connected to the same point?
