This a sample Front Panel what I am actually looking for. I have attach this VI. The initialization is going to be a pop-up menu which would set appropriate setting for RS232 communication, once that is Ok, the green light would indicate that. The Channel button is also a pop-up menu which would let the user select the channel, with in this menu you have choices to select all 32 channel or check which channels needed. Also whinin this you have to provide file name which would save the data in Excel file and user would select the time rate to save the data i,e. every 1 minutes the one data will be saved. On the bottom I have made a sample log which would indicate the appropriate fields as seen in my VI. t
he location is a user input which sould be saved in EXcel file also.
