Yes, the Sound Input Start.vi.

I recommend going to the example finder (Help->Find Examples) and search for Continuous Sound Input.vi.  You can get to it also by going to the detailed help of the Sound Input Read VI, scrolling all the way to the botton and click the "Open Example" under the Continuous Sound Input VI.

The example will make everything seem so clear.
