When I open the labview , I am getting a labview licensing wizard dialog box which says that my software expires in 8 days and then I try to activate it using the serial number I have , then I get a dialog box stating Activation successfull.
Later ,I close all the programs and try to relaunch the application , the same initial licensing wizard dialog box comes up .
Please help me with this issue.

When you installed LabVIEW, it probably asked you for your NI Account. Do you have one? I think it may be trying to associate your manually-entered License Number with your NI Account. If you keep having this problem, call NI (866 275-6964) and ask for help. You might need to fill out a Service Request, which you can do by going to support.ni.com.
