Active X calendar with a web published vit

hello,

I produced a vi which has a standard active x calendar object. When
running it trough the web server and viewing it remotely i see the
object and i can control it, but doesn't pass anything to the vi.

I guess the active x component i see is running locally and not on the
web-server.

Anybody an idea how to get it to work or anybody build a calendar with
the standard vi components?

many thanks,
Richard Dols

Richard,

Unfortunately, remote panels by nature cannot fully support all of the functionality of the ActiveX controls, and the behavior you are seeing is expected. Please examine KnowledgeBase 2T9BDF6I at the following web site for more information.

http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/3efedde4322fef19862567740067f3cc/88af6442a43b76e386256caa0065592f?OpenDocument

I also checked the example code databases, and it seems that a LabVIEW calendar has not been built yet, though it would be possible with the use of the "Get Date/Time" VIs in the Time and Dialog palette.

Hope this helps!

Sincerely,
