Add comments to multiple VIs at once

I have a project of ~100 VIs or so and have recently been informed that we need to start adding a legal notice to each block diagram as a comment.  I seem to recall seeing a tool or third party app a while back that would do this but can't remember the name of it.  Any help or suggestions on other ways to do this will be appreciated.  Thanks.

You could also use scripting. find the upper/lower-most control on the BD or FP and then place your comment directly above/below it (or wherever you want to)
