Add text ring labels as a row into a spredsheet

,I didn't put a wait statement because this is a subvi inside the while loop of the main vi, which has a wait statement. I would like to be prompted only when I change the instrument and besides I press "measure" for the first time, so if I press measure for the second time after the instrument had been already change ,don't be prompted. The modification I did over the Vi you have attached, only prompts you when the instruments changes , the reason I want to do it in the other way is because I don't want to be prompted just after press run button because the main VI is a kind of scope and not always will I take samples just monitoring.
