I have started my career from working in a NI Alliance Partner company. After 2 years, I joined an IT company. But my work is as LabVIEW Developer. I have been working on same project from last two years and now i wanted to change company. I want to update my skills. I would like suggestions on what skills I could learn apart from LabVIEW which could help in my Career in long term and also can be relevant for LabVIEW developer.

You can probably add to your resume:
+ Networks (IT) will be a plus.
+ Related, Linux will be too (esp. with current cRIO\RT).
I'd definitely get hands on experience with OO.
Source code control (any, but GIT if you can pick one) is a must. Big + if you have SCC skills.
Also, communication with HW (RS232, USB, even GPIB, I2C, SPI).
Even Python, C, C#, C++ knowledge would add some value to a LabVIEW programmer.
Knowledge of (popular) architectures would help. State Machines, Master\Salve (or one of it's current woke names), consumer\producer. Also higher level frameworks like AF, (D)QMH. You don't have to master all of them, but you should have an idea of what people are talking about.
