I had no problem to operate with the 7033 and 7034 cards from Adlink.
But i just used them only for a short while and switched the enviroment.
So i can't give you really deep details how to solve. But my advice is
that you contact the support for help - normally you will get an answer
within a day.
ps: Are the drivers for the hardware installed correctly?
