Agilent 34980A with flow meter

Hi all ,

I am using a Flow tech Flow meter to measure the refrigerant flow.

I want to know how I can configure Pulse output in Agilent 34980 A containing module 34921A in Labview.

If a choose frequency there is a random frequency even without flow when I am seeing the signal through Agilent Benchlink. How to solve it .
