You can try Agilent to see if they have something newer. You can also
request a driver. There's no guarantee that your request will be granted since new drivers (and updates) are based on demand. If you know what the bugs are, the easiest thing is to go ahead and fix them. Post the new driver as a user submitted one so everyone can benefit. If you know what the bugs are but don't know how to fix them, you have to actually list them in your question before anyone can try to suggest a fix.
