Am I missing this function in LabVIEW 8.6?

This is the function im searching. I tried the manual and reference but havent had any luck.

It's called First Call! and it's there in 8.6. Now that you know it's name (and why would you want to know where it is if you didn't know what it was?), you can search for it or just go to the Synchronization palette.

Maybe he saw it in a PNG file searching the posts and wanted to understand the code.
