I would like to know if it is possible to amplify a signal aquired by a DAQ card in LabVIEW.

Once the signal is acquired it's just a list (or we would say an array) of numbers. You can multiply the list of numbers by a constant bigger than one. I wouldn't call this amplification though, I would call lit scaling.
