Amplitude Adjustment with 8960 PreAmp

I've installed an 8960 preamp with my PXI system, so the chassis is aware it's there, but how do I get the RF Downconverter to adjust for the ~30 dB gain it doesn't know about?

Hello,
Are you referring to using LabVIEW to compensate for the 30dB gain produced by your preamp?
This could be done by simple dividing the output of the preamp by the gain.
