Well, his board has 8 simultaneously sampled channels, each with its own ADC. That's why I wasn't positive that setting multiple sampling rates couldn't be done. However, I'm sure the ADCs share a common clock, and that's why they can't have different sampling rates.
That is a good idea on how to mimic different rates, if the rates you want are of a common multiple.

stupid of me to not read in the first post that the card involved is a NI 4472!![]()
As Marc has correctly pointed out, there are 8 channels with individual ADC's on-board in that card.
But sampling each on different sampling rate is not possible, since they share a common clock.
