Analogue Input TTL Synch

I am having trouble triggering an event depending on an analogue input. I am aquiring a sine wave on AI0 as in the attached VI. I would then like to to send a TTL through a digital output or counter timer output if possible (do i use a counter or DO?), depending on a selected phase. For example a would like to send a TTL when the sine wave reached max, min and other phases depending on what phase I select. I would like the ttl to keep on outputing till i stop it. I am having trouble with how to do this!!!
