Android personal finance app

Hi, I would like to write a personal finance app for my android phone, to be as near real-time as possible. 

1. The last time I look NI haven't produced anything that enables deployment to android, has this changed? 

2. Are there any examples out there? 

3. I'm not familiar with data security of banking apps. is it possible to integrate with them?

3) We are not a data security advisor. This is a very complicated and deep topic that whole companies go regularly wrong with. I would not even start to dare to claim I know anything useful about that.
