I'm trying to control a VNA (anritsu MS4647A) using Labview. I tried the exemple (Anritsu MS464X Series Acquire Measurement - S-Parameter) that came with the library and it works perfectly with the standard number of points 201. However, when I change the number of measurement points, I can't get the correcte values of S-Parameter. To change the number of points, I used the bloc (Configure Sweep.vi). Is there any thing else I have to add to get the correct values of S-Parameters?
My second question is how to calibrate the VNA using the Library 'instr.lib\Anritsu MS464X Series'. Is there any manuel that explain the fonctions of this Library?
