Any simple method to detect noise level of a wave

Since the sampling rate is 100M, one pulse may still have 100 point, unless put median window quite big, then will make it quite slow.

Never mind, I can detect the noise level, then scan the original signal again to extract the pulse.

Please post your VI with some typical data saved as default.  Guessing from looking at a picture is not getting anywhere.  If we have some real data to play with, perhaps someone will come up with a way to do what you want.  Be sure to indicate which "peaks" in the data set are real signals.
