I'm not sure if it just bad luck or what, I met more then ten times. In two computers, both installed on windows 11, one environment is LV 2024q1, and the other one is 2024q3.
It simple stops response after I simply open the LabVIEW there, or maybe I was focused on other programs, after sometime I switched back to LV, it simply halt here. Kind like there is another open dialog in front but I was unable to switch to such dialog, so I will have to kill LabVIEW process.
