I have two suggestions for you. First, contact the manufacturer of your hardware and see if they offer any LabVIEW drivers. Second, go to www.google.com and search for "CEI LabVIEW" (without the quotes)...there are several relevant hits that come up regarding LabVIEW drivers for CEI cards.
