Appearance of while loop

just curious,

 

How to get the while loop that looks like the below [IMAGE]

Not sure about LabVIEW 2011 (I just did a re-install and had to remove 2011), but in LabVIEW 2012, this is called a Subdiagram Label.  If you right-click the While loop and look at Visible Items (in 2012), Subdiagram Label will appear.  To make it look like your figure, you need to change the background and text colors, which you can do with tools on the Tools Palette (on Block Diagram, click View, then Tools Palette).

Don't forget to use the eye dropper to match the loop color Smiley Wink

In LabVIEW 2011 drop down a free label and match colours to your loop and then drag/cursor it into place. I would only recommend doing this once you have the size and position of the loop finalised as it doesn't move with the loop as it does in 2012 as a subdiagram label.
