Append to the middle of a Word report

Hi, I have the feeling that this is a lost cause after perusing some of the other questions posted on this forum, but I thought I'd give this a try.

So here's the deal:

I have a Word template set up, and have a series of graphs and text (call these "items") that I append in order to the end of the report.  However, I have changed my template and now would like to append these items to the middle of the report, rather than the end.  Is there a way to set the initial location, i.e. using a bookmark, and then have Labview append the rest sequentially from that location?

If you can help, that would be great!  The only solution I can come up with at the moment is to add 35 bookmarks to the middle of my report template, which just sounds like a mess.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Chandra

One advice that I can give you that is to use tables in word template. When you make tables in  the template , you should estimate how much space for your text and graph since you need to to design the cells size.

Hi Chlloyd,

Could you post what you have so far. This will give me a better idea of exactly you are after. Will take a look for you.

Could you also attach a dummy copy of the report, showing where you would like the items to be entered
