Application Builder is dll file info kept in top level vi?

I have copied a set of libraries and my top level vi from one PC to another running Application Builder in order to generate an executable of the top level vi. I am getting an error to the effect that on searching for a dll file an invalid parameter has been found. I notice that when I declare the top level vi, a path is generated for the dll file, yet I cannot edit this to point to a directory on the new pc where I can place the dll file. Should I be saving my libraries and top level vi on my first PC in a particular way to prevent Application Builder from searching for the dll file in a non-existant directory on the App Builder PC? (note: the dll directory points to what would be the correct location on the first PC) I use 6.1 on Windows NT.

As long as you save your files in the C:\national instruments\labview directory, it will find the files. When LabVIEW search's it only search's this directory.
