Are there any compatability problems between the SCXI 1000 and the DAQ Card AI-16E-4 or an ATMIO 16 card?

I am using an SCXI 1000 chassis cabled to DAQCard AI-16E-4. I have an 1162HV in slot 3. When I try to read from a digital port with a port width of 32 using this configuration, I do not get 32 0's and 1's, I get a single 0. However, connecting this card to an SCXI 1001 produces 32 0's and 1's. The same thing occurred with an ATMIO 16 card
I've contacted NI and they are looking into this. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do?

In order to have your message viewed by the highest number of appropriate developers, I recommend you post this question in the "Multifunction IO" category instead of the "LabVIEW General" category, since this issue is related to the use of signal conditioning hardware with a DAQ board, and not with LabVIEW programming.
