Could you clarify your question a bit? What type of fee are you thinking about? Depending on what version of LabVIEW you have, you may or may not be able to build a standalone executable (application). This requires the LabVIEW application builder. If you have this component you can build and distribute applications without any additional license fees. There are some add-on tools/toolkits/toolsets to LabVIEW that do require a distribution or license fee when included in an application you plan to distribute. So if you are using any additional toolkits you should check on this. The best source of information for this is your local field sales contact.
