Are there issues with running two LabVIEW applications (built .exes) at the same time ?

Thanks for the offer but I'm trying to learn for future projects here so no specific application.  I'm hoping there is a reference of what constitutes a resource in the manuals (I'm using a USB-6008).

The "resource" can be pretty much anything. The typical reason why you can't run more than one task at a time is really related to hardware. While a card may have 8 or 16 channels, it only has one A/D converter. In this case the A/D converter is the "resource".
